ABOUT US

EONZ prides itself in being a grassroots organisation that is strongly connected to its membership. A national executive committee, made up of a cross section of members from around the country, works on behalf of the membership in a governance capacity.  Executive members carry key roles and responsibilities in a range of EONZ activities and are supported by the services of a a part time executive officer.

Through its broad membership, carries a strong mandate to represent education outdoors. Membership includes teachers and schools at primary, secondary and tertiary levels, outdoor education and camp providers, youth leaders, voluntary organisations and others.
