Current good practice

The template tools have been incorporated into the EOTC Guidelines 2016 and reflect current good practice. Schools should be comparing the new forms with those that make up their school EOTC management system.

Make use of the linked Forms Comparison Table to align your pre-2016 forms with the reduced format of the new tools. Forms from the 2009 Guidelines totalled 32 and are now condensed to 18.

Be sure to use the most current versions of material by:
  •  Ensuring your EOTC Coordinator is registered on the National EOTC Coordinator Database.
