The Aotearoa New Zealand Health Education, Outdoor Education & Physical Education Biennial Conference 8th & 9th July 2024

The New Zealand Health Education Association (NZHEA), Education Outdoors New Zealand (EONZ) and Physical Education New Zealand (PENZ) have united to create a biennial conference. This marks a significant milestone in health education, outdoor education and physical education, bringing together three leading organisations with a shared commitment to fostering innovation, future-focused educational thinking, and responsiveness to the challenges and changes within the respective fields.

Tuia ki Tawhiti 2024 will be hosted at Cashmere High School in Ōtautahi on the 8th and 9th of July. 

2024 conference theme: 'Teachers Helping Teachers’

This theme encourages all educators to share tools, tips, strategies, resources, success stories, research and more. Remarkable things are happening in our schools, tertiary institutions, and classrooms every day, and this theme encourages sharing to enrich practices of others and enhance student learning.
